Boeing supports the “Benaa” project to rehabilitate and train orphans

Boeing Saudi Arabia provided financial support to the Charitable Society for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province (Benaa), as part of a series of the company's various initiatives. Engineer Ahmed bin Abdul Qader Jazzar, President of Boeing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, handed over the support check to the Director General of the Charitable Society for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province, Abdullah Al-Khalidi, at Boeing's headquarters in Riyadh.

Boeing's support for this project is a continuation of its continuous approach to supporting local communities and its permanent participation with various associations by supporting the specific projects it presents that have achieved remarkable successes and whose impact has been clear.

It is expected that the current project will achieve positive results in helping male and female secondary school students build their future and develop their English language and social communication skills to meet life’s challenges and requirements. The project will contribute to qualifying orphans to enter the university stage and they possess advanced skills that will help them in the various stages of university, in addition to the positive change that will have an impact on their personality and skills.

On this occasion, engineer Ahmed Abdel Qader Jazzar said: “Boeing always seeks to support purposeful programs that have direct results, believing that successful support is what helps meet the need, achieve self-sufficiency, and also achieve sustainability.” Jazzar added: “Through our support for this project, we aspire to see a tangible impact on the capabilities of this group dear to our hearts through their abilities, capabilities, and ability to compete with their peers.”The project will have a significant and direct impact on orphans and their lives through qualitative development of the orphan’s personality and providing him with life skills and the English language to qualify him for the university stage.The Director General of the Association, Abdullah Al-Khalidi, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Boeing Company for its support and assistance to the Association in such qualitative projects that contribute to human building and development, and that this project will have a significant impact in improving the lives of orphans and their families and anticipating a promising future for them.
