The Bena Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province launched the Bena Summer Festival for the year 2021, which includes many entertainment activities and exciting games that suit all family members, including the association’s beneficiaries of all ages.
Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalidi, Director General of the Association, explained that the festival was designed to accommodate beneficiaries who wish to benefit from the programs and activities and is a great entertainment opportunity in which 800 beneficiaries of the association participate, as it includes 80 diverse activities for children and youth.Young women and mothers, and dozens of female volunteers participate in its organization.
Al-Khalidi added that the festival will continue for (40) days so that everyone can enjoy the activities for a sufficient period, noting that the number of volunteer hours in the festival amounts to 400 hours, during which volunteers participate in organizing the festival. The activities vary between sports, cultural, entertainment, and various other programs. Among the games that the beneficiaries will enjoy is the secret room game, karting skill, puzzle room, library masterpieces, ice cream factory, fun oasis, graffiti, air games, color battle, water park, and cultural visits to the center.Prince Sultan for Science and Technology “Scitec” and others.
Al-Khalidi stated that the festival aims to fill the free time of the association’s beneficiaries participating in the festival, develop their abilities, discover their inclinations, and focus on the concept of education through entertainment. The festival is a gift that the association offers to its beneficiaries in an atmosphere of fun and excitement while taking all precautionary measures and health instructions.
