"Ihsan" supports three housing and social projects for the Bena Association
Bena Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province provided multiple services to its beneficiaries, orphans and their families, during the holy month of Ramadan, with support from the Ihsan platform, which included two housing projects to pay rents for the homes and residences of orphans and their families, worth 350,000 riyals, in addition to a social project to distribute Ramadan food baskets to needy families, worth 299,000 riyals. The CEO of the Abdullah bin Rashid Al-Khalidi Building Society appreciated the role played by the Ihsan platform in supporting the association’s projects within the framework of its prominent role in supporting charitable societies in the Kingdom, pointing out that the platform works to maximize the impact and sustainability of charitable and development projects, and to build a system through partnerships with governmental, private, and non-profit sectors, until the Kingdom has become a leader in charitable work and in developing the non-profit sector. He added that this digital platform comes as an extension of the interest of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect them - in everything that serves the nation and quickly meets the needs of its people through efforts that crystallize safe and rapid electronic and technical work to reach those in need with all confidence and responsibility. Al-Khalidi stressed that the generous support provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful Crown Prince to the Ihsan platform gave it a great boost, noting that they - may God protect them - set the most wonderful examples of charity and charitable work, through their kind and generous donation to the platform that highlights the wise leadership’s sponsorship of initiatives that promote digital and technical transformation in the field of charitable work. He praised the efforts made and future plans of the wise leadership aimed at supporting the non-profit sector in the Kingdom, and ensuring its development and advancement, so that it achieves its desired goals by supporting the groups that benefit from its services.
