216 thousand to help “constructive” families and orphans confront Corona

In continuation of the efforts of the Benaa Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province to care for and provide its services to orphans and their families, it deposited an amount of 300 riyals in the account of each family benefiting from its services in a new service called a “preventive basket” with a total amount of 216 thousand riyals, with the aim of securing sterilizers, hygiene tools and detergents, which these families need and support from the association in preventing the new Corona virus.
The association stressed in the message it addressed to the beneficiary families, the importance of followingInstructions of the Ministry of Health, which stress washing hands with water and soap and sterilizing the house constantly, and staying in it and not leaving it except for the utmost necessity in order to preserve their safety, wishing them continued health and wellness and prevention of diseases.
The member of the Shura Council and Director General of the Association, Abdullah Al-Khalidi, explained the Association’s keenness to intensify the awareness role for the beneficiary families, noting the importance of sending these instructions and informing the families of all developments related to the disease and ways to prevent it, especially since the virus is an emerging disease and raise awareness.It has an important role in protecting people from it, and therefore the Association was keen to deliver these awareness messages to orphans and beneficiary families.
He added: This support came based on the directives and contribution of the Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Muhammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers, who is always keen to extend a helping hand and assistance to orphans and families benefiting from the Association’s services.
It is worth noting that the Association is working to provide all its services electronically to the beneficiaries without the needTo review them, it also launched awareness products, the most prominent of which is a video clip directed to beneficiaries entitled “Do not underestimate and do not panic” in order to emphasize following the directives of the government and the Ministry of Health to stay at home and adhere to the instructions.
