Benaa Association concludes the Naira Leadership Program and honors the beneficiaries
The Bena Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province concluded the Naira Leadership Program, which lasted for seven months, and aimed to develop the capabilities of the girls affiliated with the association and develop their intellectual and cultural talents by providing them with basic skills that qualify them for professional and family life to provide a distinctive family environment. During the program, the trainees received (248) hours of training in several fields, as the program included four main tracks: the religious track, the family track, the vocational track, and the skills track. Member of the Shura Council and Director General of the Building Society, Abdullah bin Rashid Al-Khalidi, explained that the Naira Leadership Program is one of the Society’s initiatives towards empowering women and aims to develop the beneficiaries of the Society’s services in several aspects. Al-Khalidi stated that the Bena Association is keen to develop the programs provided to orphans and their families and measure the impact after the end of each program to know the positive aspects and develop them in the future, as well as the shortcomings and avoid them in order to bring these programs to the desired quality that is in line with the development and prosperity witnessed by the Kingdom in several areas that have made the non-profit sector a partner in development.
