Bena Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province honored the winners of the Most Beautiful Expression of Love for the Homeland competition, in which orphans and widows who benefited from the association’s services participated on the occasion of the Kingdom’s eighty-eighth National Day, to give them the opportunity to express their feelings of love for the homeland by writing down their contributions on the association’s website and expressing their feelings on this precious occasion. The entries amounted to 600 entries, of whom 42 winners were chosen, and the total cash prizes for the winners reached (18,200) eighteen thousand and two hundred.riyal.
Member of the Shura Council and Director General of the Abdullah bin Rashid Al-Khalidi Building Society explained that the aim of the competition is to introduce orphans to the National Day of this blessed country and to participate in the eighty-eighth anniversary of the unification of our dear homeland and the historical stages that the country has gone through since its unification at the hands of King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman, may God have mercy on him, until we reached this prosperous era under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Highness the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect them.He urged the children to search for the honorable historical information that our dear country has gone through since its unification.
Al-Khalidi added: The country has given its children a lot and it deserves that we raise the children to love it and make this day an important occasion that we await every year and stress to young people the need to know their country’s honorable history.
The first eight places were won by Rasha Hijazi, Haifa Muhammad, Fares Al-Ibrahim, Bajad Al-Otaibi, Layali, Badriya Bashir, Amira Al-Amri, Haya Bakhit.
