On the 22nd of this month of Rajab, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, will sponsor the second forum for best practices in creating community programs for orphan care associations in the Kingdom, which is organized by the Bena Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province. The forum will be held over two days in conjunction with the launch of the initiative to build and exchange experiences of workers in orphan associations in the Kingdom, in which 100 leaders and specialists working in 24 associations specialized in orphan care participate.From all regions of the Kingdom.
His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Royal Court and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bena Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province, extended his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Emir of the Eastern Province for his patronage of the forum and his continued support for the association’s activities and programs.
His Highness considered the forum the largest gathering of associations specialized in caring for orphans in the Kingdom, as well as those interested in serving orphans. It will also have positive outcomes that contribute to the development of work in the orphan service and care sector, as it aims to create opportunities for communication between pioneers in the community program industry and to exchange experiences and develop the performance process by reviewing the best practices in program industry and qualifying and empowering orphans. This will be achieved - God willing - through unifying opinions, coordinating and integrating efforts between charitable associations specialized in the field of care, rehabilitation and empowerment of orphans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and working to build the capabilities of workers in this vital and important sector in the process of social and economic development and achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
