40 members of 17 associations specialized in caring for orphans in the Kingdom are discovering the secrets of space and aviation through their participation in the first scientific camp organized by the Bena Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province at the beginning of this week and continuing for 8 days, in the technical camp in Jubail Industrial City.
The space and aviation track is one of the tracks offered to orphans during the duration of the scientific camp. It aims to teach participants the physical principles related to aviation, develop computer design and digital manufacturing skills, apply the principle of engineering design, and trainees participate in group activities that enhance teamwork, in addition to raising the spirit of challenge and perseverance among the participants. Trainees also participate in activities such as visualization, imagining shapes, rough drawing, modeling, and digital manufacturing.
